Hello everyone. It is me again, Johann Q, your friendly neighborhood quadriplegic and artist. Allow me to present 4 more digital sketches from my portfolio.

For those of you wondering how a guy who is paralyzed from the neck down is able to draw digital charcoal sketches. Well, by God”s grace, I am able to do this with no hands because my computer has software that tracks my head movement. Coupled with limited thumb functions, a mouse button and an old versioned Photoshop program, I was able to produce a little over 250 drawings since 2017, a third of which may be marketable.
Here are the 4 drawings for your consideration:
Tree by Stream [LS-2020-1008] – You heard me say how I love drawing trees. When I saw this photo of this big tall shade tree by this rushing stream, well, I was hooked. I really spent my time on the foliage of this beauty. But as an added bonus, I got to practice drawing running water. This landscape is one of my favorites. By the way, the wind blown grass in the foreground was not in the original photo.
Sextant [SI-2025-1010] – For still-life subjects, I like to draw mechanical objects. The sextant is a nautical tool for navigating our seas.
Nets and floaters [SI-2025-1011] – This sketch I made for my sister who is into pottery. I hope to see this drawing in coffee mugs or plates she made in her own pottery barn (literally speaking).
Beach Access [LS-2025-1009] – This landscape is also for my sister who happens to live in the East coast barrier islands with their light houses, sand dunes, windswept reeds and grass.
Last week sketches:

- A Spool of Twine [SL-2019-1005]
- The Writers’ Museum [AR-2023-1006]
- Twisted Rock [SI-2023-1007]

- Abandoned Shacks on Stilts [SI-2020-1001]
- A Gnarled Olive Tree on a Beach [SI-2020-1004]
